My dream is to see Bangladeshi youth shine on the global stage. By 2030, I aspire to empower and educate at least 100,000 young people in Bangladesh with soft skills including "PUBLIC SPEAKING" , "MANNER and ETIQUETTE" , "MASTER the ART of COMMUNICATION", "NETWORKING"—skills that not only transform individuals but also uplift the nation’s image worldwide. For this I have created a platform named "VILLAGE EMPOWERMENT". I have already visited and conducted sessions in around six universities in Bangladesh, and my goal is to visit and inspire students in at least 71 universities by 2028.
I believe in building a positive brand for Bangladesh, showcasing our youth as confident, capable, and globally competitive. Throughout my journey, I’ve been fortunate to contribute in areas deeply rooted in social work and education:
🏆 Represented Bangladesh in the World Championship of Public Speaking, becoming a division champion across Bangladesh, Nepal, India, and Bhutan.
🏆 Honored as the first Bangladeshi woman selected among the World’s Top 50 Female Leaders (2025, “Visible Power: Female Leadership” by Rosatom- World's Largest Nuclear Organization in the world.
🌐Worked as a University Lecturer in the Department of Social Work, guiding the next generation of changemakers.
🌐 Served in the WORLD’s LARGEST ROHINGYA REFUGEE CAMP, gaining hands-on humanitarian experience at a global scale.
🌐 Represented Bangladesh at multiple international youth forums and conferences across Russia, Nepal, India and beyond.
From working with children to mentoring university students, I’ve learned that investing in youth is the most powerful way to build a brighter future. My travels across countries have only strengthened my conviction—Bangladeshi youth have immense potential to lead globally if given the right opportunities and guidance. I am passionate about international collaboration, youth development, and cultural diplomacy. My mission is clear: to create opportunities for young people and position Bangladesh as a nation of innovation, resilience, and leadership.

Professional Summary
I am honoured to have been recognised in 2025 as one of the World's Top 50 Female Leaders in the Visible Female Leadership category by the world's largest nuclear organisation — a distinction that reflects my standing as a credible, internationally recognised voice in female leadership. Currently, I serve as In-Charge of Training, Development & Research for the entire STS Group — an organisation whose network includes renowned institutions such as ISD School, Glenrich International School, Universal College Bangladesh, Educo Pathway, and Evercare Hospital, among others. Since October 2025, I have directly trained over 600 senior and high-profile leaders across the group, while overseeing the professional development of 5,000+ beneficiaries under my charge. Alongside this, as an International Soft Skills Trainer, former University Lecturer, and International Speech Contest Champion, I bring a rare combination of institutional leadership, academic grounding, and proven fieldwork that aligns seamlessly with the vision of this initiative.
